Forgotten But Not Gone is a traditional and roots band from the Chicago area. We play a wide variety of music, though, more than that description might convey. Our set lists almost always include soul music, blues, R&B, and Celtic vocal and instrumental music. But we also sing sea shanties, Appalachian music, the occasional singer-songwriter number, and even Australian folk music. We've provided a sampling below, from the haunting traditional song "Motherless Children," accompanied by historic photos from the Library of Congress, to a rousing Jackie Wilson song, "Woman, Lover, and Friend," with a few others in between.
The latest video is "Thanksgiving 2020," a song about love and loss.
